  • Instructions:
  • Strengthen the back muscles, especially the spine as it strengthens the muscles of the legs involved in training. This exercise is essential to maintain a good body posture and eliminate spine disorders. Lying face up on the support bench, putting your feet safely under the platforms. With the body law, cross your arms in front of you or behind your head (starting position). Start bending slowly forward as much as possible, keeping the back flat. Slowly lift the torso to the starting position while inhaling.

  • Structure - tubular steel Ø 114.3x3.6mm, 88.9x3.6mm. Other tubular elements - tubular steel Ø 48.3x3.2mm, 42.4x3.2 mm, 33.7x2.9 mm and profiles 60x40 mm. Feet and seat support - 3 mm thick steel sheet.

  • Warm galvanizing and dust painting. Compliant UNI EN 16630: 2015-06. Resistant to unmipers and UV rays.
