UNI EN 1176: The use of impact-absorbing materials such as rubber or loose-fill is not required if the equipment is installed on grass or natural ground.

UNI EN 16630: Sports equipment does not require impact-absorbing materials and can also be installed on bituminous surfaces.If the equipment is installed as a sports structure, an adequate distance from any play areas must be ensured, as prescribed by the applicable regulations.
